How it works

From what people say to copy you can use

You set up a business profile, run research against public conversations, approve what matters, then draft ads, pages, and emails with your voice rules applied. The thread from quote to line of copy stays visible.

Last updated: April 2026

WeThryv pulls together what people are saying in public threads and reviews, groups it into themes you can act on, and feeds that into generators for ads, landing pages, mail, and product copy. You sign off on findings before anything becomes a draft.

One account can hold several business profiles (handy for agencies). Higher tiers add competitor runs, Shopify hooks, audience exports, playbook PDFs, and a chat that reads your saved insights. Plan pages list what each tier includes.

How you move through the product

Profile, run, curate, then generate. Roughly a day for a typical campaign; generation is fast once you have approved material.

Step 1

Build your business profile

Who you sell to, what you sell, and how you show up. Every search and run uses that context so results are not random.

Step 2

Start a campaign

You start a campaign; we match threads and reviews to your profile and roll similar wording into pains, wants, objections, and themes. Allow roughly a day; wider scope can run longer.

Step 3

Approve insights and voice

Keep the findings you believe, link them to personas if you use them, and set tone rules so generated copy matches how you write.

Step 4

Generate copy and ship

Turn approved insights into ad, page, and email drafts. On the right plan you also get competitor research, Shopify copy, exports, playbook PDFs, and chat in the same workspace.

Research before the headline

Themes and quotes land in the workspace first. Creative gets a starting point tied to what people said, not a blank doc.

You edit everything

WeThryv does not publish for you. You pick approved insights, frameworks, and voice settings, then edit whatever the generators return.

One client or ten

Starter fits early-stage use with a few profiles; higher tiers split clients into their own profiles so competitor lists and copy do not bleed across accounts.

Manual research vs WeThryv

Both want clearer messaging. One leans on manual collation; the other keeps sources and outputs in one place.

Topic Typical manual process With WeThryv
Source material Tabs, screenshots, and notes scattered across tools Campaigns pull and cluster relevant public conversations for each profile
Findings Opinions in decks; easy to lose the original phrasing Themes, pains, and desires saved as structured insights you can revisit
Copy Fresh prompts each time; hard to tie lines back to research Drafts draw on insights you already approved plus your saved voice settings
Extras Separate tools for competitors, audiences, and ecommerce Optional competitor, Shopify, audience, PDF, and chat workflows in one account
