Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and WeThryv (“we”, “us”, “our”). They apply to our public website (the “Marketing Site”) and our product at app.wethryv.com.au (the “Application”). By accessing or using either, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind your organisation.
- You’re responsible for your account, users, and safeguarding credentials.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts to prevent fraud, abuse, or risk.
Subscriptions, Trials & Billing
- Plans are billed in AUD, plus applicable taxes (e.g., GST).
- Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto-renew each billing cycle until cancelled.
- Free trials or beta access may be limited, paused, or withdrawn at any time. Admission to trials is not guaranteed and may be waitlisted.
- Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. Downgrades take effect immediately.
Beta Software, Active Development & Quality Assurance
WeThryv is an evolving platform under active development. We continuously improve the Application, its features, algorithms, and outputs on an ongoing basis. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Software Development Status
- The Application is provided as software-as-a-service that is continuously updated, refined, and improved. Features may be in various stages of development, testing, or maturity.
- Features labeled as "Beta", "Experimental", "Early Access", or similar designations are provided for testing and feedback purposes and may contain bugs, errors, or limitations. Such features may be modified, withdrawn, or replaced without notice.
- While we strive for high quality and accuracy, outputs generated by the Application (including but not limited to insights, copy, analysis, and recommendations) are algorithmically generated and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or quality issues. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all outputs before use.
Bug Reporting and Issue Resolution
We welcome and encourage user feedback to improve the quality of our Services. If you encounter any bugs, technical errors, quality issues with insights or outputs, or other problems with the Application, please report them to our team at:

Please include as much detail as possible, including: (i) description of the issue; (ii) steps to reproduce; (iii) expected vs. actual results; (iv) screenshots or examples where applicable; and (v) the date and time the issue occurred.
Issue Response and Resolution Timeline
- Upon receipt of a bug report or quality issue, we will endeavour to investigate and respond within a commercially reasonable timeframe, typically within 2-5 business days.
- Bug fixes and improvements may take up to one (1) week or longer to implement and deploy, depending on the complexity, severity, and resource requirements of the issue. Urgent security or critical functionality issues will be prioritized.
- We do not guarantee resolution of all reported issues, and resolution timelines are estimates only. We reserve the right to prioritize issues based on business needs, user impact, and technical feasibility.
Credit Policy for Quality Issues
If an insight, campaign, profile, or marketing copy generation fails, produces materially defective output, or does not meet reasonable quality expectations due to a software bug, technical error, or service malfunction (and not due to user error, misuse, or limitations of your input data), we will, at our sole discretion and upon verification of the issue:
- Credit Restoration: Restore the consumed credit (insight, copy generation, or profile slot) to your account so you may regenerate the content or request a new analysis at no additional charge.
- Issue Correction: Make reasonable efforts to correct the underlying issue and, where feasible, re-run the failed generation with improved quality.
To request a credit restoration, you must: (i) report the issue to info@wethryv.com.au within seven (7) days of the date the output was generated; (ii) provide sufficient detail to allow us to investigate and verify the issue; and (iii) retain the original output for our review. Credits are granted on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed. Repeated credit requests for the same type of issue may indicate a service limitation rather than a bug, and we reserve the right to decline credit restoration where appropriate.
Credits are limited to the specific resource consumed (e.g., one insight, one copy generation) and do not include refunds, monetary compensation, or credits beyond the specific failed generation. Credits do not roll over beyond your current billing cycle and must be used within the term of your active subscription.
User Support and Feedback
We sincerely appreciate your patience, support, and feedback as we continue to develop and improve WeThryv. Your bug reports, feature requests, and quality feedback are invaluable in helping us build a better product. While we cannot implement every suggestion or resolve every issue immediately, we carefully review all feedback and use it to prioritize our development roadmap.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, errors, or quality issues you may encounter. Your understanding and collaboration as an early user or subscriber are greatly appreciated and help us deliver a more robust, reliable, and valuable product for the entire WeThryv community.
Use of the Service
You may use WeThryv only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
Acceptable Use (no-go list)
- No scraping, mining, or bulk export that bypasses rate limits or normal UI/API usage.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or circumventing security or paywalls.
- No unlawful, infringing, harmful, misleading, or spam activity.
- No uploading highly sensitive personal data without a written data agreement.
- No attempts to train external models on our outputs or service responses without consent.
Content, Data & Outputs
- Your Inputs. You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to provide and improve the Service (including quality, reliability, and safety), subject to our Privacy Policy.
- Outputs. The Application may generate insights, summaries, and draft copy. We grant you a licence to use outputs for your business, subject to third-party rights and these Terms. Outputs may be similar for different users; exclusivity is not guaranteed.
- Public Sources. Where lawful, WeThryv may analyse publicly available online content to surface customer language and trends. We endeavour to respect platform terms and applicable laws.
- Third-Party Tools. Some features rely on third-party infrastructure (e.g., AI providers, hosting, payments). Their terms may apply in addition to ours.
Intellectual Property
- WeThryv, our software, designs, and trademarks are our IP.
- Except for the limited rights expressly granted, we reserve all other rights.
- You may not remove, obscure, or alter notices or branding.
Confidentiality
Non-public information you provide that is marked or reasonably understood as confidential must be protected by both parties with at least reasonable care, and used only to provide or receive the Service. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from another source.
Reliance & Professional Advice
WeThryv provides tools and automated outputs for marketing workflow. We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You’re responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and suitability for your use.
Availability & Modifications
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Features, pricing, and limits may change; we’ll endeavour to give reasonable notice for material changes.
- Beta features are experimental and may be unstable, throttled, or removed.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the Service. You must maintain appropriate security for your systems and credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
Termination
- You may cancel any time via your account; access continues until the end of the then-current term.
- We may suspend or terminate for material breach, risk, fraud, or legal reasons.
- Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. We may delete data consistent with our retention practices and the Privacy Policy.
Warranties & Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeThryv is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data; or business interruption.
- Our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the amounts you paid to WeThryv in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or AUD $500 if you have not paid any fees.
- Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold WeThryv harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and courts of appeal therefrom.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
